Over the years I have studied various Bowen, Lymphatic, Wellness & Massage Therapies, I am dedicated to helping people improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

My studies into wellbeing started as a Children’s Yoga instructor. Alongside Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology Courses I began studying various massage & healing techniques including Lymphatic Massage & Bowen Therapy, completing Masters Techniques Level 12. Over the years I have been privileged to attend many fascinating classes with some inspirational tutors including an anatomy dissection class at The Kings College London. I continue my studies attending courses: Casley Smith, Lymphoedema Compression Garments, Lymphoedema Taping & Lipoedema. This Year I have been awarded an educational place to attend the British Lymphology Society conference, enhancing my knowledge & understanding, discovering Paths to Lifelong Wellbeing.
